happy anniversary

twenty-eight years ago today, i married the wild and crazy, rugby playing south african that absolutely bowled me over at a young and tender age.........

how could i resist those eyes.......those thighs...........ok........that accent and the energy to fill a room every time he walks in the door.......

i felt safe with him, i wanted to be on his team and be under his lucky star spell.......

a strong bloke that makes things happen and gets what he wants.........

i trusted him from the start and he's never let me down....

i didn't know i was looking for passion and adventure........but now i understand.

he is still the most exciting man i have ever met.....

baby, thanks for the greatest, most tumultuous, adventurous, surprising, fun-filled, full to the brim,  challenging twenty-eight years of my life......

you have helped me become the person i wanted to be.

i would choose you again in a minute.

and roxy loves it too.......

i drove up eldo canyon to get closer to the mountains...........

and stood on a bridge to watch the snowy creek..........

pristine and beautiful.  i am adoring this day............
