rocky mountain camping

nicole, max, their friend min and catriona

loaded up the car with all the provisions needed

for a night's camp at rocky mountain national park.

making a year's+ supply (no small feat) of.......

this project has spread across the kitchen counter 

for a couple of days....

16 lbs beef

9 lbs pork

imported boerwors secret spice mix

16 oz. vinegar

all mixed together and 

squozed (?) through a sausage stuffer,

into casings.

you can take a south african out of south africa

but you can't take south africa out of a south african.

and i wouldn't want it any other way.
