hola from honduras

underwater greetings from the caribbean!

we are on roatan island in honduras

and it is beautiful beyond belief.

we are living at vista verde and

being spoiled rotten with the staff here at this breathtaking villa.

so far, our days have been filled with swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, reading, boating, napping, tanning and filling ourselves to bursting with fresh and gorgeous honduran food.  

more fried plantains, please.

our new underwater camera has been put to constant use.

we even tried to take a family photo, usually our family's least

favorite exercise - but what happy cooperation this time.

too bad the best of the photos showed only half of sebastian and

paul's hand for my face.

we miss you, nicole!!

ben's girlfriend, emma came with us to honduras as well.

she is so much fun!!

ben and emma are both athletes in training so they've encouraged each other 

through hill sprints, "perfect push ups", "insanity DVD workouts", water aerobics etc. etc.

it's fun to sit on my deck recliner and watch them :)

unfortunately, it took me hours to upload just these six photos,

so this may be all i can share until we get home.

then you will get more photos than you ever wanted of two weeks in roatan paradise!!
