as we hoped, the leaves were in full color under a bright blue sky.
we visited the ikebana bonsai garden - fascinating!
we loved exploring the chinese gardens, herb gardens, scripture gardens and the orangery.
in the warm and humid conservatory we spotted very familiar and very missed flowers and plants we had in our garden in australia.
i think we need to come back to these beautiful gardens
each season to check out what is in bloom.
