i met some friends in town for lunch to celebrate a birthday.
we met at the kitchen, a gorgeous restaurant on pearl street offering quite a unique
way to dine - a community table.
we decided to stick with the four of us at our own table since we hadn't been together for
awhile and already had waaay too much to talk about.
whoa, their curried chicken salad was divine, as were the chandeliers.
not to taste, just to stare at for an hour and a half.
raucous laughter, catching up, admiring new haircuts and shoes, sharing a pot au chocolat...
that's what friends are for (at least my middle aged ones :)
yum. Me and Em wanted to go there.
