days

hope your weekend days were joyful.  the weekend continues on here in the states as we 

honor veteran's day today.  no school, banks & post offices closed.  a sincere thank you to those in the military and their families who sacrifice so much for so many others.

loads of singing going on around here these days.  paul and sab duos, gabi practicing for her up and coming voice recital.  it's lovely.

there is an early close to the days now.  dusk comes early, candles burning before supper.

friends over for sunday lunch.  we've had such lovely weather this weekend.

we even set the outside table for the kids.  paul's chicken curry was gorgeous and we followed it with this week's sunday cake, a seasonal 

chunky apple walnut cake with caramel glaze.  

my little girl.  my baby.  where have the days gone?  she is growing so beautiful as her caring heart grows too.  she is loud, boisterous, growing her hair loooong, full of energy, a loyal friend and dancing or singing or dancing & singing every waking moment.
