the weather outside is frightful

a big snow storm moved in last night and the snow continues to fall.

  roxy and i took a morning walk so she could romp and play and sniff her nose deep into snow drifts.

paul woke up early so he could hop on his tractor 

and shovel the snow from the driveway before work.

it is cold too and white and beautiful.

and since i don't have anywhere to go today, i say......

let it snow, let is snow, let it snow.

inside it is warm and bright and beautiful. 

we set up our Christmas tree this weekend after 

saying goodbye to everyone.  

paul made a cheerful and roaring fire in the wood stove which 

is still burning.

it is quite delightful.

plenty of Christmas music was enjoyed by all.
