right smack in the middle of all the getting-ready-for-Christmas chaos,
i came upon the most attractive DIY hanging planter i've ever seen.
i mean, it's made of leather!
stop the presses, i've got to make one. so, i did.
i found the pattern and directions here, on the free people blog.
after gathering all of the materials, it took less than an hour to put together and hang.
if you are still needing a trendy gift for a friend, you could make one and give it away.
hmmmm....nope, i'm keeping mine ;)
