reaching eight decades of a life well lived is a momentous milestone, and one that
should be celebrated!
later this 80th birthday year, we have an all-inclusive family birthday bash scheduled and in the works for mom. but, alisa and i couldn't resist flying in to salt lake city to surprise her and be there ON mom's special day!

aunt kathleen joined us for a girls sisters night out birthday dinner.
two generations of only sisters minus two generations of our many brothers......hey, guys!
mom's birthday was filled with doorbells ringing, phone calls, visitors, gifts, cards, flower deliveries, friendly well wishers and three of her six children. alisa and i also got to spend the day with our youngest brother, brian!! his surgery recovery is going well. you've got this, brian! go bro!!
