it was a 'to utah' weekend for us.
paul, gabi, alisa and i braved wyoming, windy, winter weather along i-80.
great driving, paul. it was dicey.

we got there safely and met up with my side of the family. we were all in salt lake for our youngest brother, brian. he underwent emergency surgery and was our loving focus and concern. it felt so good to be there together.

we also spent time in provo with our kids and paul's side of the family.
even though we weren't in town for denver's awwwwwwesome super bowl victory,
whooot, whooot!!!
we were able to watch it with most of our kids. even better!

it was difficult to say goodbye but back home we went.
