a dear friend shared the following words on the back of her christmas card this year which i would like to share to all as they so eloquently spread the feelings and needs of each of us in our world.
this year it has become apparent to us that joy is not something that finds us, it's something we create. it's gratitude in all things. we hope you'll go out into the world and spread joy in any way you know how. find it in the small wins, and the seemingly insurmountable struggles. offer a smile where there previously wasn't one. turn someone's day around - even if it's your own. lift the hands that hang down and have ears that listen. what a difference you've made to our lives this year.
