jump rope for heart

another 8 inches of snow fell last night.  the kids were hoping for a day off.......

but alas, the mountain schools had a delayed start of 2 hours,

but for everyone else, it was business as usual....

february is jump rope for heart month.....

and the elementary school has a fundraiser for the american heart association.

each grade has a marathon jump rope day with contests, music and team costumes...

this is the new school gym that just opened last month!!  the kids have been putting up with construction all year and now they have a big, beautiful new space for p.e. classes.  

everyone is so excited about it.

yeah!!  margo got an i-phone 4.  now margo and i can face time all the time!!!

would i have ever dreamed that something like this would have been possible when i was 20??

for days, gabi has been singing a rap she made up

 and now i can't get it out of my head!!

the boys have just walked in from working out at the gym.

sab either went swimming or fell down in the snow....
