tonight was the end of season 2011
football banquet.
awards, encouragement, acknowledgements were given.
ben lettered all four years in football.
sebastian also lettered this year!
congratulations to ben
for making the all-conference first team
again this year.
what an accomplishment!
he also won the outstanding athletic/academic award.
congratulations our dear son ben,
your football accomplishments have been outstanding
during these four years of high school.
we are so very, very proud of your achievements and example.
we love you to the end zone and back!
sebastian,
congratulations to you as well for taking on the
challenge of playing middle-linebacker on j.v.
you proved yourself over and over again.
we love you so much and are terribly proud of your
performance, dedication and courage this year!

here we all are, except for margo, at the senior night football game halftime in october with
the meyer boy football studly studs.

gabrielle and i put up our christmas tree last sunday and
waited all week for ben and paul to get back from
their travels so we could
decorate!
finally we got everyone together and had a very fun evening....
even roxy got in a festive mood.
she loves it when we are all in the same room together.
i do too!
we all have our favorite ornaments to put on the tree.
gabi got on face time with margo so she
could be part of the tree trimming as well.
where do you want your elephant ornament to hang, margo?
tree- trimming and carols and a glowing fire through the evening
and just enjoying our time together.
we each choose a new ornament every year.
here are some of our new ones.
i love the polar bear. gabi loves the hippo.
finally, the star is placed on the top.
i thought it was gabi's turn this year, sebastian!!
