super bowl sunday

poppyseed bread, a family fave.

gabi and her friend marcella got together over the weekend and treated

each other to a fancy dinner.

they each made up a different restaurant menu, place setting and three course meal for the other.

roxy loves when her people settle down somewhere to stay for awhile, 

especially in the library.  she spent the morning snuggled up with m&a

and couldn't have been happier.

we often get the treat of waking to sebastian singing and playing away on the piano.

a lovely way to start the day.

superbowl sunday....

we had friends over to watch the game. we started the festivities by munching away on paul the sunday chef's mucho nacho grande.

what a treat!

we also had barbeque chicken, cubed veggie salad, baked beans, sausages and ciabatta rolls.

some of us liked watching the game more than others.  

others would rather sleep on the floor snuggled up with a warm puppy.

way to go, ravens!  i'm still a maryland girl at heart.
