we had a wonderfully relaxing and fun weekend
with great food and lots going on.
the snow has melted and there is green grass everywhere!
m&a made us vietnamese spring rolls on saturday night - mmm,mmm!
then sebastian headed off for a gig he was doing in boulder
and
gabi and i drove to denver to see
wow!! we loved it!!
the boys pitched in prepping a delicious sunday lunch:
pork loin chops with swiss cheese and raspberry chipotle sauce
roasted brussel sprouts (can't get enough of those)
fresh corn
golden mashed potatoes
whole wheat artisan bread
pear and blue cheese salad
strawberry shortcake (modeled by our favorite missionary)
we invite the missionaries from our church
over for dinner as much as possible. but they are very popular and we only get
to feed them every other sunday. great guys to be around!
ben catch up:
he is in the middle of finals this week, acing two already! way to go!
the semester ends this week too
but he will be staying on until track season finishes during the
second week of may.
we miss you so much ben and can't wait until you're home for the summer.
