gabi's happy birthday

another teenager in the house!!

gabi turned 13 over the weekend.

happy birthday, baby girl.

she invited her bestie, sidney, over to share in the festivities.

she chose a chinese birthday dinner complete with 

lo mein, spring rolls, orange chicken and potstickers.

she dreamed of a hefty chocolate cake with thick chocolate frosting 

sprinkled with 100's and 1000's.

so margo made her dream come true.

divine!

the other great news is that ben is home from byu for the summer.

sebastian and andrew left friday afternoon for provo to pick him up,

had a quick sleep.....zzzzz.....

and headed back saturday morning for the 8 hour drive home

so ben could surprise gabi for her birthday.

they totally pulled it off - gabi didn't even notice sebastian and andrew were gone.

it was a magical homecoming!

welcome home, ben.  it is too wonderful to have you back with us again.

it's going to be a fun summer.
