chilly

early this morning, we awoke to a fallen cloud shrouding our chilly valley.

the thick, white mist lifted slowly to also reveal a few inches of newly fallen snow.

as the sun began to rise, so did our cloud enabling the blue skies to smile down on 

us all bundled and scarved.

what a perfect day to snuggle down with a mug of white chocolate hot chocolate and

read this beautiful new book that has just arrived.
i ordered the kinfolk table a few weeks ago

and was so excited to find it in my mailbox today.  what a gorgeous cookbook/dreambook.

an added delight was to find margo & andrew's wedding photographer, the very talented laura dart, featured within the pages.

i also want to wish my dear friend stephanie,
best friends since those carefree junior high days,
