meyer family time

the next day, after the celebrating had ceased and the crowds had left,

the family enjoyed some down time savoring this rare and

precious opportunity to be together.

brother cousins,  a mighty force.

with the tables still set up, we enjoyed a quiet sunday lunch together.

tessa and julia.  mother daughter beauties.

we also relaxed poolside.

not only did i savor the time together with all of my children but

their time together with amazing aunts, uncles, cousins, grandmas and grandpa.

three generations of meyer.

although this weekend was filled with joy, there was some heartache for me as well.

i had to leave my boys in provo to begin their fall semester at b.y.u. (whimper).

but i do leave them surrounded by a tremendous, loving family.

all in all, a glorious weekend not soon to be forgotten!
