between snowstorms,
gabi and friends wanted to get together around a fire, roast marshmallows and make s'mores.
i love having these fun and energetic girls around. they are actually quite different from energetic boys.
over the past few high school years, it's been groups of ben and sab's guy friends over and we're finding that there is definitely a difference. the guys move quickly from one activity to the other with intermittent dialogue -
music, food, video games, outside, food, hot tub, video games, outside, music, food.........
while the girls are quite content to stay put for hours just talking, laughing, talking, laughing.
i love it all!
the girls were glad they fit the outside evening in
just before another snowstorm hit, waking to a snowy morning.
