checking in

it's been awhile, so let's check in with our faraway children and see what they've been up to......

nicole

exciting news flash:

nicole is the writer for morphosis architectural firm and yesterday,
her press release hit the international news wire!

nicole has been hard at work at work, but in her spare time she has taken on sewing projects using her new sewing machine.  she started with a big challenge making this cream box cushion for a window seat in her house. wow nicole, welt cording, extra large zipper, fit to a foam insert.  i'm impressed!

another shot from margo's modeling shoot for a bag company.

margo has been taking a photography class and catching this beautiful shot of
her-brother-sebastian-outside-shirtless-getting-hit-in-the-face-with-water-balloons-
in-the-month-of-january
was one of her successful assignments.  poor sab, what a good sport.

it's sundance film festival time which all of a sudden makes utah an international destination!
ben was able to get tickets for himself, andrew, margo, sab and friends so off they went!
what a cool experience!

i just have to include this all time favorite shot of andrew, ben and sab even though it was taken a while ago.  andrew is a funny guy.

ben

ben was able to take a trip to washington d.c. over martin luther king weekend.  he will never forget coming upon these beautiful school children standing on the steps of the lincoln memorial reciting martin luther king's "i have a dream" speech.  gorgeous.

ben, sab and a bunch of friends, headed south last weekend to st. george, utah.  they spent their time exploring and hiking through breathtaking bryce canyon and snow canyon.

sebastian

sab's photos of their trip to southern utah.

since there has been very little snowfall in utah valley this year, sebastian and ben have been able to keep up their weekend motorcycle getaways through the winter.  brother happiness.

have a lovely weekend.
