let's begin the next chapter of our week in cape town...
which includes souvenir shopping at greenmarket square,
and continued joyous afternoons at the beach.
one day, we decided a visit to the cape of good hope, the southernmost tip of africa,
was what we wanted to do. paul's beloved and eldest sister margo, our daughter margo's namesake, joined us for the afternoon.
a windy spot, as you can imagine, where two oceans collide.
boogie boarding on a deserted beach at the tip of africa with wild ostrich and baboon
looking on is a temptation too inviting to resist.
as is a day of surfing at muizenberg. ballerinas with their balancing skills make natural surfers!
go gabi!!
a highlight among cape town highlights for me was an afternoon on gillian and howard's boat, atlantic star.
it's too gorgeous.
thank you for a most memorable day, captain howard!
and thank you too gillian, for graciously hosting our week in paradise.
the end of our time in cape town, but still more adventures to come....
have a lovely weekend.
