fly fishing

fishing has been on the top of the "let's go......" list this summer.

paul and sebastian made it happen five days in a row last week,

taking the boat to boulder reservoir or the sea kayaks to gross reservoir

sometimes leaving at 5:30 in the morning.

now, sebastian is learning to fly fish. 

sab's friend caleb as well as paul, time honored fly fishermen, had sebastian

practicing in the front yard. caleb's sister hannah joined in the tutoring as well.

caleb was recently given this family fly fisherman heirloom, inherited from his great grandfather.

a beautiful and dignified family tradition.

when sebastian and hannah felt ready, they headed down the back yard to south boulder

creek and tried it all out. success!!!
