the weather has been warm and beautiful in boulder this week. we were so excited and loving it so much we just couldn't resist heating up the pizza oven for the first time this year and inviting friends and neighbors over to share paul's perfected pizza pie recipes and outdoor fun.
later in the week, my brother lance and his three adorable kids came to boulder from california during their spring break. alisa's kids came over and gabi joined in which made a precious and memorable time for all the cousins to be together. paul fed us all well, breaking out his new love (the smoker) marinating chicken the night before then smoking it all day. di-vine! the kids played in the stream, went streaking around wrapped in towels and ended the night in the hot tub.
their last day here, we had another pizza oven party, jumped on the tramp, gabi and her friends organized an easter egg hunt and ended the night with s'mores. thank you so much for the visit lance, aspen, landon and skyler. we love you, wish you lived closer and miss you already. happy easter everyone!!
WOW! this looks like a fun party in the natural surroundings. The kline baked pizza must be tasty as it gets a different flavour which is not present in oven baked pizza. Lovely photos.
