winter ball

we made blueberry pancakes this morning.......

how lucky we are to be able to buy 

fresh blueberries in the middle of winter

what a beautiful, sunny, warm morning.......

we just wanted to spend it outside.

abby and friends have grown their fuzzy, winter coats

the horses were very neighborly today and just couldn't get enough attention from us.

roxy gets very jealous of the horses.  she barks and barks at them.........they just laugh at her.

let's see how everyone is spending this 

lovely, lazy afternoon...........

the boys are sharing the big couch, 

ben and paul have the same idea at each end........

with sab in the middle.

gabi found margo's big, comfy bed and has settled in for an afternoon read.......

well, you know what i'm doing........

and roxy is out front protecting us all so we can relax inside knowing we're being well looked after......

later, gabrielle and friend sidney went skating at the local ice rink.  

they are getting better and better.......

well done girls!!

it is fairview high school's winter ball tonight.....

the theme is 

classy knight in black and white.......

ben and sab gave their dates a white rose wrist corsage

sebastian and his date, christina looked fantastic.........

they were gathering together with a group of friends on a party bus.....

 first to dinner and then on to the dance.......

ben's date is emma.  they are fantastic friends.......

they even coordinated their outfits!

their huge group went out in

over the top style!!

i've never seen anything like this before....

a limousine that seats 40!!

it must have been at least 50 feet long.......

i think there is a pilot and co-pilot to navigate this thing!

with doors that fling open like wings.......

where do we live? vegas?

it's something out of a james bond movie......

party lights, music, tv's more and more.............

the parents couldn't get over it!!

the kids are headed to the 

hard rock cafe in denver

and then on to the dance.....

all of you are going to have one unforgettable night!!!!
