a day in l.a.

i have been having trouble with the blogger website 

so haven't been able to post for a few days.

here are two new posts to catch up.

paul and i had a huge day yesterday....

we woke at 4:15 am and headed off to the airport to fly to las vegas

where we were meeting dear friends of ours,

pam and paul henderson from our byu days.

yep, there they are, one arm bandits right at the gate!

pam and paul live just outside of las vegas 

so they picked us up and we all headed off on the three hour drive to los angeles.

it gave us the chance to catch up on their lives and family

and reminisce about the byu days.

the pauls played rugby together there.

i absolutely adore pam and paul and it was great to be with them again.

we had meetings all afternoon.

then what i was truly looking forward to.........

meeting up with nicole and max!!

they drove from downtown l.a. to visit with us before we had to board the plane home.

we haven't been with nicole since before christmas!

my darling, you look so great and seem so happy and challenged working

for your artist!  i loved being with you again, even if it was only for a couple of hours.

looking forward to august!

back to denver and home by 12:30 p.m.
