when you are around you are the pulse of our family.

energy, noise, drama, gafaws, boisterousness........
you are all fun.
there were a lot of preparations for margo's day......
gabi spent 2 hours the previous night baking
banana split cupcakes from scratch.
the next morning she spent 2 more hours making whipped cream icing from scratch
and decorating the cupcakes like a.....

these sweet gifts were her present to margo
we all went shopping for more gifts for margo......

and gabi decorated the dining room for the festivities.
margo is a nanny this summer for a beautiful little family with two young girls,
violet and caroline.
we met them for a picnic to celebrate!
this is precious, little violet.
gabi and i just fell in love with her. she loved gabi but she didn't like me too much.
margo and gabi make everything fun!
margo's little family lives in golden, co which is half an hour south of boulder.
it is an adorable town.
we walked along the river that runs through the center of town and came upon a
pioneer village.

the guides are dressed in sun bonnets, long gigham dresses and aprons.
i want to play!
margo is done with work and back home.
finally time to open presents!!
then all dressed up and out to dinner at.....

sab is taking the photo and we are missing nicole.
but.......
for a special birthday surprise, we are sending margo off to l.a. for a weekend with her sister!
she is off tomorrow and will share her adventures in the upcoming posts.
