i had told nicole that one thing i wanted to do this year
was to learn to knit and crochet.
so, for Christmas she gifted me with balls of baby alpaca and merino ultra soft wool, knitting needles
and a very patient knitting lesson session...or two......okay, three or four.
i am now making a circle scarf for myself.
actually, don't look too closely - the knit and purl stitches certainly aren't beautiful but i am really loving it and hey, i can only get better!
hoorray! back to the gym. those two weeks off were dangerous!
we're off bright and early this morning to take ben back to byu.
weird, graduated margo is staying here!
it is a heart-wrenching goodbye for ben and emma.
but their respective sport seasons begin
this semester and will have them each traveling a lot which i hope will make
them feel the semester is passing quickly.
summer will be here in no time and they'll be back together again.
