garden greens

my dear, dear garden.  i haven't been able to put the time and care into you as i would have liked to this summer and yet look what a beauty you are!  we've had fresh salads fill our table and the squash, pumpkins and peppers to come are looking magnificent.  tonight, steak and breadcrumbed & fried garden fresh eggplant, like my mother used to make, with assorted leafy greens. mmm, mmm!
