gabi turned 14 yesterday!

happy birthday, baby!

for her birthday lunch, gabi asked dad to bbq hamburgers and make summer salads.

we enjoyed bright, warm weather indeed.  what a change, what a welcomed, welcomed change!

her cousins james and lila came over to celebrate too.

this happy celebration wasn't the only event of our very full weekend.
