ben and kensey to peru

let's get lost in peru with ben and kensey for a few moments as they share their latest adventure....

they loved their two week trip exploring rainforests, eating piranha and worms, taking dicey road trips to beautiful colonial cities and ruins as well as and visiting the breathtaking city of machu picchu. these were their destinations: 

first nights were spent deep within the amazon rainforest about two hours by canoe from iquitos, the largest metropolis in the peruvian amazon. iquitos is the world's largest city that cannot be reached by road

cusco, an old colonial city

ollantaytambo, an archaeological site

sacred valley, it formed the heart of the incan empire

machu picchu, incan citadel high in the andes mountains

and finally lima, peru's capital city
